Roy led us on Sunday September 1st, over his best loved section of the Lleyn Coastal Path. From Porth Oer to Aberdaron. We had a lovely day for sixteen people to enjoy this jewel in the crown of the coastal path. We were unable to see the long views of Ireland, and Cardigan bay, but otherwise the day was clear and ideal for walking.
The was the first walk that Roy had led for us, he did splendidly with a care for all those on the walk. But the best was kept till last! A generous invitation to tea and cakes at his lovely home. Not only that, the neighbours had been organised to take the drivers back to their cars. All is all as Lew was heard to comment 'A really splendid day out'
