Dave and Pat's walk Sunday 30th April
As usual this walk was well attended with twenty one of us leaving Cricieth in warm sunshine.(is it the cake at the end or the bluebells that makes this such a popular walk)It was good to welcome some new members and the return of Dafydd from his extended holiday in New Zealand.
After walking along country lanes and fields for a while we dropped down onto the banks of the Afon Dwyfor which we followed down to the coast. We then joined the coastal path back to Cricieth.
On behalf of all of us a big thank you to Pat for her hospitality and wonderful selection of cakes which included a first for me at least ("Twice Cooked chocolate brownies") which we all enjoyed at the end of the walk and of course a thank you to Dave for leading the Bluebell Walk once again.
