Post script on the walk 0n Saturday November 21st

We were promised cold winds, rain and or snow. In the end it turned out to be sunny with a brisk cold breeze, just ideal for walking. We traversed little known paths between small holdings and newly refurbished houses, some even with a wind turbine another with a swimming pool; not tempted. After a final scramble up a small quarry face, we arrived back at Edmund and Rachel's home for welcome cup of tea, with home made cakes. After the refreshments light snow started to fall, how fortunate we were.
