Saturdays abandoned walk, 12 December

With part flooded roads, driving rain and a gale blowing the wise people who stayed at home this morning made the right decision. Though well done the three intrepid would be walkers who joined Ron and me this morning. None of them seemed very disappointed by our decision to abandon the walks, getting home before the water became any deeper was more of a priority.

Perhaps a walk on the coast would have been ok today, but Rhyd Ddu in that sort of weather is not the place for a stroll or a stride. Better luck next time.
