Guto's walk today went very well, Guto couldn't make it due to a accident on Thursday when he fell over a log backwards and broke a rib on the mudguard of a trailer bending the mudguard but it's Ok we were able to straighten the mudguard. 13 ramblers turned up for the walk and were soon stripping off due to the warm weather. Tea stop was at the Swallow falls which was in full spate. Onward to our lunch by a babbling brook under a canopy of trees and the start of the rain, which was never a hindrance to us. On to Sarn Helen and the miners bridge and a easy walk to the back road and back to the start. Sorry I missed some of you at the end, but do try to keep up in future!! Thanks to Dave for volunteering to be back marker though he did look over his shoulder to say which DAVE. Thanks for turning up and Guto for sorting the walk. 7 miles and 1700 ft of ascent.

Nigel
