Long summer weekend - Bakewell - 1,2 and 3 July 2016

We are going to Bakewell for this year's long summer weekend, for the three nights, 1,2 and 3 July. We will have half day walks on Friday afternoon and Monday morning and full day walks with shorter/easier alternatives on Saturday and Sunday. Plus the option of extending the weekend, with the campers in particular usually arriving on the Thursday.

Bakewell is a very pleasant small town in the Peak District, with lots of varied accommodation available. We will be having dinner together on the three evenings, with Guto Parry again looking after this side of things. For the campers, caravan and camper van crews, we will be staying at Greenhills Holiday Park, which is a twenty minute walk from Bakewell.
