People were kind to say they enjoyed a flat walk around a reservoir. The weather was kind too, so over twenty people completed the seven mile walk.
There was the former Anglesey Central Railway to observe and walk along, the well controlled dam at the head of the lake, overwintering birds almost certainly Brent Geese, but they were a long way away and against the sun!
The walk ended along the 1 km of board walk along the Afon Cefni through its gorge. We should return in bluebell time? We all gathered at Oriel Mon the extensive art gallery with a new exhibition created by an association of Artists in North Wales. An excellent cup of tea can be had at the Oriel Cafe.
