It is not just the walk? Empty

Never mind the walk feel the ambience! Ifor's walks are an experience. A mixture of good Welsh humour, local knowledge, a lifetime living in the Caernarfon Area. Then add in a generous helping of half a lifetime at sea in the Merchant Navy. Thirty three people shared Ifor's walk on Thursday February 14th. Three lost railways were walked, diversions negotiated with local farmers, flooded paths stoically trodden. Continuous rain the day before had made conditions atrocious in parts, but it is the experience that counts! Some railway enthusiasts joined us from the Welsh borders, two new members joined. The Ca/Dw group faithful were there to welcome them all. Hopefully we have had enough rain and look forward to warm Spring and a dry Summer. Dream on!
Anyway it was both warm and dry is the Pennionen Pub after the walk.
