Seven of us ignored the Weather forecast and had a great walk with Margaret on Holyhead mountain.
Starting from the car park in Breakwater Park we followed the clifftop path and the coastal pack heading towards North Stack.
At one point we "split" into two groups, the majority descending to North Stack while the minority sat in the sun on the clifftop and waited the return of the "explorers".
A walk beneath the crags on Holyhead mountain brought us to a suitable lunch halt in the sun before following the path above Gorlan back to the car park.
It was on this section that Margaret admitted to having been seduced by a gate but none of us noticed anything amiss.
Back at the car park we availed ourselves to refreshment at the café, all in agreement that we had had an enjoyable few hours.
In total, the walk was just short of 4 miles with a total ascent/descent of about 1300 ft.
Thank you Margaret for an excellent walk.
