Petes Eats Walk 2018

Well done to the twenty intrepid souls who joined me for today’s amble. Leaving the bus at Snowdon Ranger, as forecast the rain cleared away as we climbed to Bwlch Maes Gwm, the weather was bright on the descent to Llanberis then the cloud came in as we reached Bwlch y Groes on the homeward leg Petes Eats did us proud, though hunting down enough vegetables for Gills veggie lunch seemed to take some time! The hoof driven mud bath on the usual route into Waunfawr was avoided and most of us enjoyed refreshments in the Snowdonia Parc on return, very nice. Thanks to Dave for back marking, John for the lift home and 10pm Belinda for kindly retrieving my walking pole.
