This write up from Chris a much better description of Saturdays joint walk.
On Saturday, 6 May, I’m leading a joint Bangor Bethesda / Caernarfon Dwyfor walk from Tal y Bont, near Bangor. This will be a leisurley walk of about 8.5 miles along paths following the river Ogwen, through the village of Llanllechid, past the old Bryn Hafod-y-Wern slate quarry, taking a low path below Moel Wnion, returning to Tal y Bont via part of the North Wales Path. The walk will take us through farms and fields of newborn lambs, therefore, no dogs on this walk please. Meet at Tal y Bont lay by (Grid Ref: SH 612 711) for a 10.30am start. Any questions, please telephone me on 01248 371735. The forecast is looking good so far, so we should have great views of the mountains and Anglesey.
