Meet at Siabod Café (SH727578) for 10:00am start
Walk options are both about 7.5 miles distance with the "upper" route heading "up and over" Crimpiau while the "lower" route goes around Crimpiau. The two routes then meet up for the grassy descent to Llyn Crafnant before returning along forest tracks (and one forest path) to meet the outward route close to the end.
Car parking at the café is free and post-walk refreshments in the café are available.
In order to avoid congestion in the car park, car sharing is the preferred option.
If you cannot manage either of the two "main" walks, an easier option could be to start later and follow the route in reverse until you meet us.
