From Llanflagan old Church to Watherspoons. February 3rd 2015

Wow! A cold bright day, with lying snow, in February turns out to be a great walk. Most of the mud through gates was frozen solid. We were all dressed for the occasion, and soon were as warm as toast. Thirteen participants had a great time. Coffee stop at Llanflagan old church, now safeguarded by the charity 'The Friends of Friendless Churches'. Lunch was taken at Dinas Station on the WHR, lots of luxury benches to sit for our refreshments. We were hoping to catch sight of Di (Doughty) as we marched past the Fron Goch Garden Centre, we made as much noise as possible, but not sure we made an impression. The distance was declared as 7.3 miles, not bad as I had pledged a maximum of five miles following injury. Afters for some of us was at Weatherspoons Caernarfon. Thanks Derek for your posting below!.
