Aber Falls Hotel

After Nigel’s Foel Fras eleven summits walk yesterday (well, ok, some of them were a little on the small side), it was close to 5pm when we returned to the Aber Falls car park. Down in Abergwyngregyn the Caffi Hen Felin would have closed, so there seemed no chance of a panad. But as Lew and I were parked close to the Aber Falls Hotel, on the old A55, together with Nigel we paid it a visit. We ended up with something slightly stronger than a cup of tea, appropriate to the warm sunny end to the day, but tea and coffee was also available.

We had not realized that the hotel was open to non-residents, so in case you thought the same, the hotel could make an alternative to Caffi Hen Felin. Just try to avoid eye contact with the furniture business next door!
