Ascending we didn't make Garn For but we found a bit of shelter on a quarry galley out of the chilly wind for lunch.
We descended the even quicker way via the disused farmhouse in the valley.
Nant Gwrtheryn was heaving so most of us skipped the cafe. In the afternoon potential new members Harvey and Woody carried on to Nefyn, the B group 7 of us climbed up the mountain bike track and then over Garn Ganol, we arrived back at Trevor around 17:30 to make a good day of it.
