From the village of Llan Ffestiniog to the Afon Cynfal, across to Hafod Fawr Forestry via Cynfal Fawr - Golf Course and Afon Dwyryd, return to Llan. Will the Pengwern Community Cafe/Pub be open? John will always give you a good walk. This has ups and downs but nothing fearsome. Some lovely waterfalls the rivers should still have a good flow to show them at their best. An excellent six mile walk.
