PostSubject: Sunday September 1st. Roy's first walk as a leader deep in Pen Lleyn   Thu Aug 29, 2013 3:38 am

Meeting place: Porth Oer (Whistling Sands) National Trust pay car park. Grid Reference SH 166 295
Meet 10:00am ,
The weather looks fair for the 8 mile ramble around the tip of the Llyn on Sunday.
Coastal path from Porth Oer via Mynydd Anelog (coffee stop and famous "View from Anelog") and Mynydd Mawr (possible views of the Wicklow mountains and Pembrokeshire) and Mynydd Gwyddel with views of Ynys Enlli.
Then via Bychestyn and the impressive 200ft sheer cliffs of Parwyd, over Pen y Cil and to the working fishermen's cove (and secret cave) at Porth Meudwy.
Finally to enjoy the hospitality of Aberdaron for a panad a cacen.
