Graham has asked me to enter this for his walk on Saturday November 5th meet 10-30am. at Borthwen Beach Car Park.
Travel directions for Rhoscoln as follows:
Leave the A55 at junction3 and take the A5 into Valley and take the left turning onto the B4545 for Trearddur. On crossing the four mile bridge and after a short distance take the left turn signposted for Rhoscoln. When in Rhoscoln take the narrow lane signposted for the White Eagle Pub. Continue on down the very narrow twisty road, taking extreme care, to the beach car park at the end.
This is an area we have not visited in recent times, using the Anglesey Coastal Path. A straight forward coastal walk of seven miles, with added extras!
1. Visiting a plaque to a plucky dog, who rescued his master, but drowned in the attempt.
2. An old well which supplied an ancient Abbey.
3. Afterwards at the White Eagle if you would like to? If we meet Will and Kate follow the Ynys Mon tradition of treating them as you would treat others.
