The Moel Eilio Ridge Walk Saturday July 23rd

Don’t be misled by the by the title of this walk The Ridge is very wide and does not have any scary bits.

After leaving Y Glyn we will walk through Coed Doctor and up on to the lower slopes of Moel Eilio.from here we climb steadily to the summit (2386ft) and then follow the ridge over both Foel Gron and Foel Coch with super views of Snowdon followed by a steepish the decent into Bwlch Maesgwm, the bridal path down the valley brings us to Tyntraelgerth, from here we will cross over the bottom of the bwlch and down through Coed Victoria into Llanberis.

Today’s weather forecast is suggesting that things will improve as the week goes on, so lets hope by Saturday we get a really nice day because if we do this is a really scenic walk.
